We are looking for Part Time Inbound Sales advisors, working 20 hours a week on our JD Williams campaign.
You will receive calls from customers wishing to place an order from their catalogue.
You will upsell to them when possible. e.g. if they order shoes you may upsell them socks!
You will also arrange deliveries, take payments and set up new customer accounts, creating a positive first impression of the company!
Hours – Thurs 5-9, Sat 12-9 and Sun 12-9
OR Thurs 6-10, Sat 1-10 and Sun 1-10
