What are you going to do:
field&flower was founded in 2010 by two friends, one a farmer and the other a food lover. We’re now a leading UK food subscription business specialising in grass fed, free range meat and sustainable fish. As our business is rooted in traditional British farming, our aim is to reconnect the customer with the farm and provide ethical produce which tastes fantastic.
We’ve recently raised over £850,000 from our crowdfunding campaign and now require 44 talented direct sales people to help us deliver 100,000 new customers in Greater London. You will work in a team going door to door in smartest areas of London based on our extensive research. Our goal is to become THE major online retailer for meat and fish in the UK.
We need you to:
- Drive sales in an ethical and inspirational manner – consistently hit targets
- Educate our customer base about the benefits of grass fed, free range meat
- Maintain exemplary customer service
- Reflect our company values
