The Intrinsic Brilliance Institute (IBI), a learning & development social enterprise, seeks a part-time social media whiz to join its team. Virtual Assistant meets Social Media Manager, this role is designed for an outgoing, artistic and digitally skilled polymath passionate about personal growth and igniting communities. Ideal for someone with a marketing, film, or psychology background.
IBI is has crafted a learning program designed to offer low cost, high quality transformational brain training to the market and seeks support with various aspects of marketing and customer support. We're a small startup so the role is best suited for an outgoing, artistic and digitally skilled polymath passionate about personal growth and igniting communities with a marketing, film, or psychology background.
This role will be part time for 2-4 months and then develop into a full time role (though we are open to job sharing if you only want to work part time).
The ideal candidate is proactive, friendly, adapts well to change, has impeccable English, and loves social media.
Essential tasks and skills are customer-centric thinking (empathy), graphic design (creativity), social media management (connectivity), and database management (organisation) and must be demonstrated via education or experience.
