Approche Sur Mesure (ASM) is a Worldwide Customer Care Network dedicated to the Luxury Industry. Our branch in London provides E-commerce and customer care support for iconic British Luxury Brands. We deal with customer enquiries by telephone, email, chat and also regularly send out parcels.
We wish to focus on expanding our business and are needing someone to support us who is willing to enrich their experience in the Customer Service sector and learn about working with luxury brands.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who is currently seeking an internship and looking to gain experience in the world of Luxury and Customer service sector. We need someone who is flexible in terms of availability and hours and who is trustworthy, reliable, punctual, positive and eager to learn.
