Junior Data Analyst

DetailBuitelaar Production UK Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data, while transforming raw information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making at the senior management level. Key ResponsibilitiesData Cleansing & Management

Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues across multiple internal data sources.

Design and implement data cleansing processes and procedures to improve overall data accuracy and consistency.

Maintain and monitor data integrity standards, flagging anomalies and ensuring timely resolution.

Work closely with relevant teams to establish and enforce data governance best practices.

Document data cleansing workflows, transformation logic, and data dictionaries for internal use.

Reporting & Insights

Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports tailored to senior management requirements.

Present data findings in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights that support strategic planning and decision-making.

Respond to ad-hoc data requests from senior leadership in a timely and accurate manner.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and reporting processes.

Support the wider business in developing a data-driven culture through training and knowledge sharing.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

Proven experience or education in a data analysis.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Exposure to ERP or production management systems.

Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment.

Strong proficiency in data cleansing and data quality management techniques.

Experience working with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
