What are you going to do:
To coordinate training courses: briefing & managing speakers, collating materials, formatting presentations, liaising with delegates, managing AV, raising purchase orders, collating feedback, providing a high quality delegate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service to the Institute's clients and delegates
- The preparation and administration of marketing training courses to the general public and corporate clients
- Hosting courses at the IDM and in external venues including corporate clients' offices
- Ad- hoc and regular project work including information analysis and research, competitor monitoring and financial reporting to stakeholders
- Assisting in the administration and delivery of other IDM events, where appropriate
- Maintaining a high standard of personal conduct and performance in all aspects of work, reflecting the Institute's position as a leading professional marketing association
- Reporting into and supporting the Training Manager
