Build relationships across the store and involve the right people to deliver continuous improvements that benefit our customers, colleagues and Morrisons.
Understand the strengths of your team and use these to best effect. Lead and develop colleagues to achieve outstanding Department performance through the delivery of their objectives by focussing on what matters most for customers.
Identify and develop talent within your teams that creates a pipeline of successors across the department
Create an engaging environment where colleagues are trusted to place customers at the heart of everything they do, actively contribute ideas for improvement and are involved in joint problem solving
Build pride and accountability to enable delivery of the plan.
Ensure standards / procedures are in place, to ensure results are delivered Build and maintain an in depth knowledge of your role and function
Ensure all policies, procedures and legal obligations are followed as specified by the company
Sales, Profit and Cash
Contribute to the development of the department plan by identifying opportunities to maximise performance
