Team Manager - Days in Bradford

We’ve got opportunities for a Team Manager - Pies & Sausage - Days to join our Greenside  manufacturing site in Bradford. Reporting to the Department Shift Manager, you will lead your team to successfully deliver KPI’s and drive business performance.

Shift patterns will be 6am – 2pm, 5 over 7

Requirements of the Job

As a Team Manager, you will deliver a clear and concise continuous improvement Strategy, driving the importance of daily factory routines, and process and systematic control. You will coach, develop and lead your staff and establish a continuous improvement culture. You will plan and prioritise your work, ensuring maximum use of resources and will continuously identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency standards in all areas.

You will have worked as a Team Manager/Front Line Manager or equivalent, within a fast paced manufacturing environment, not necessarily within food manufacturing, although this would be a bonus. You will have proven experience in a people management role with the ability to deliver strong results through your team, and will be able to demonstrate your ability to problem solve. We would love it if you have proven experience working as a strong leader, with the ability to build excellent relationships. It would be great if you have a ‘get up and go’ attitude and have the ability to lead around structure.
