Technology Manager - Project Management Office in Bradford

We are currently recruiting a Technology Manager to join our Project Management Office Team at our Head Office in Bradford. 

The successful candidate will oversee the PMO process implementation and ensure that information concerning content (e.g., deliverables, risks, issues) passes to and from Sponsors and senior Technology management.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining and implementing a shared delivery methodology, framework and process for Technology-enabled project delivery
• Ensuring the Delivery Methodology aligns to enterprise/departmental vision and that the Project Portfolio is maintained and managed efficiently and effectively
• Improving the consistency and efficiency of project delivery within Technology
• Continuous monitoring of project/program status
• Capture and monitor project risks and escalate as required.

• Practical Experience of Project Delivery/Project Support
• Deep understanding of Agile ways of working
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile(DSDM/SCRUM) project methodologies and how to apply them
• Quality Management Systems and their application
• Previous experience of working in a Project Office Management role essential
• PRINCE2 or Agile Practitioner
• 1-3 years’ experience in P3O Management role
