About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Loss Prevention Manager - Manufacturing
 
To Implement the Corporate Loss prevention model across the Manufacturing estate by engaging with site management teams to support them them consistently implementing controls and processes that deliver stock, cash and crime related KPI's to agreed targets.  To manage a team of Loss Prevention Specialists who will undertake Loss Prevention and Security activity and assessments at sites in order to support teams in reducing loss of company property and ensuring safety of colleagues and visitors.  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
About You
Knowledge Required:
 
  • Working knowledge of investigative methods
  • Understanding and experience in the practical application of employment law
  • Understanding of processes in Manufacturing and Logistics that increase risk of shrinkage
 
Skills required:
 
  • The ability to own and deliver a shrink reduction programme
  • Ability to manage a remote field team
  • Ability to influence colleagues from other business areas to take ownership for LP activity
  • Intermediate IT skills required to analyse and interpret data
 
 
Experience Required:
 
  • Experience of managing a field based team
  • Experience of influencing at a senior management level
  • Experience of crime, loss and disciplinary investigations 
  • Proven track record in loss management and delivery of financial results
