Sheffield (Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office)
Up to £28,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

The Role
This is a Business Development Associate (BDA) position focused on new business generation and end-to-end sales ownership. You’ll work with a mix of lead sources, but this is primarily a hunter-style role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, opening conversations, and closing new business.
You will also have full autonomy over your own pipeline, allowing you to manage your activity, prioritise opportunities, and take ownership of your results and earnings.
What you’ll be doing:
- Converting inbound and self-generated leads into new business
- Building and managing your own pipeline
- Proactively sourcing and developing opportunities
- Speaking with decision-makers and understanding their needs
- Presenting tailored compliance solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Working independently with strong autonomy over your approach
- Using CRM and sales tools to manage activity and performance
