What are you going to do:
Kaplan Test Prep is the leading provider of test preparation courses and tutoring for UK and US university admissions tests. Full training on all our products, services and systems is provided.
Start date: Recruiting on a rolling basis
Salary: £9/hour
Hours: Evenings and weekends, with some week day opportunities
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working with customers to provide guidance and support around test preparation
- Assisting students with customer service queries
- Supporting sales activities of the centre
- Operations; including assisting with facilities monitoring, inventory, shipping of course materials to enrolled students, logistics for courses run outside the London centre, and ad-hoc inter-departmental project work
Position Requirements and/or Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree (underway or complete)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (including oral, telephone, and written communications)
- Outstanding organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Office work and/or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of US university admissions tests or ability to learn about them
- Initiative and ability to prioritise
- Reliable, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player
