Due to growth, we are now seeking a part time Survey Controller to join our 'Enquiry Hub' in Barrhead. The ideal candidate should have a customer centric mindset and take pride in providing the highest level of customer service at all times. The ideal candidate should also be target driven and self-motivated to maximise all survey booking opportunities. No cold calling involved.
The day to day job includes:
Shifts worked between Monday to Thursday 5pm - 7pm and Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Bonuses are paid on delivering excellent customer service and generating positive online reviews. Bonuses can also be earned on each survey booking as well as other key performance indicators.
Salary £15,500 per annum.

Our office is easily accessible from Glasgow City Centre. Travel Time is around 15 mins from Glasgow Central Station followed by a 5 min walk from Barrhead train station to the office
