What are you going to do:
Lead Coach – main responsibilities:
- Produce class plans in accordance with Rugbytots programme
- Demonstrate games and skills with enthusiasm and energy
- Provide feedback on group and one to one basis
- Ensure all class timings are adhered to through strong structure and communication
Assistant Coach – main responsibilities:
- Help set up the venue for classes and individual activities
- Help children through all activities
- Identify and help Children who need extra assistance
- Ensure the Children have fun

What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- Lively, enthusiastic and patient
- An extremely outgoing personality who can keep children entertained. We are as much children's entertainers as we are coaches
- Great sense of humour
- Excellent organisational, communication and listening skills
- Flexibility
- A passion for sports, in particular rugby
- Experience of working with young children and/or previous coaching experience. This is desirable but not essential for somebody with the personality we are looking for
- RFU Level 1 coaching certificate. As a Lead Coach it would be a distinct advantage to hold an this coaching certificate, although this isn’t essential if all other criteria are met.
