Sales Growth Enablement Contractor
£400.00 per day PAYE
London (hybrid)

HSBC are currently searching for a contractor to join them in their Sales Growth Enablement team. Within this role you would be responsible for addressing resourcing shortages and enabling team members to deliver on strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and maintain the Weekly funding update, Series A progress and Quarterly Series A strategy review, to track and influence market share growth.
- Thought leadership and content support
- Contribute research and insights to thought leadership content (e.g., market POVs, client insights, innovation themes).
- Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Collaborate on HINV Market Share Reporting to improve understanding of market dynamics and shape go-to-market strategies.
- Gather and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data to support strategic planning
- Sales Performance and Optimization:
- Provide basic team-level sales performance reporting to track and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Support process mapping and identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Engage with various departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Analytical teams, to integrate business intelligence and market insights into strategic planning.
- Support large-scale technology projects by offering subject matter expertise and strategic insights.
Key experience / skills required:
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to track performance and market share
- Ability to generate regular business updates and translate data into insights
- Excellent research skills to support thought leadership and market content
- Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and business performance
- Understanding of market dynamics to support go-to-market strategies
- Experience producing and interpreting sales performance reports
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimisation and simplification
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning with data-driven insights
- Experience supporting large-scale projects with subject matter expertise
