Online Store Manager in Bradford

We’re going online with our Nutmeg range this Autumn and we’re recruiting a number of new roles to support us with this exciting move. We’re creating a team that will trade and run the process linked with Nutmeg as it exists and with our online team based in Bradford.

The roles include 2 x Online Assistants, an Online Analyst and an Online Store Manager.

In the role of Online Store Manager you’ll be running the day to day of the Nutmeg online store operations, from ensuring data integrity to product management to events and promotions to delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be writing copy for the site, transforming data into insights and improved optimisation strategies and managing a small team, so a real variation in your role.

To be a success in this role you’ll need;

• To have worked in an online retail environment, ideally fashion/clothing

• A solid understanding of customer experience and their journeys and behaviour online

• Copywriting experience and strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to tailor key messages for a range of audiences

• Ability to manage a team and drive performance

• Strong organisational skills and confidence to make informed decisions

• A clear customer focus with the ability to understand their needs
