People Specialist - Resourcing in Bradford

We’ve got an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join the Resourcing team as Resourcing Specialist at Hilmore House on a 12 month fixed term contract/secondment basis. 

Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you'll own all Resourcing activity for your business areas, partnering with the business to deliver an exceptional full life-cycle recruitment service.

Here at Morrisons our Resourcing Specialists do the following:

• Work as a business partner with stakeholders across functional areas and wider HR team
• Manage multiple vacancies across your specialisms at any one time
• Undertake comprehensive briefs with Hiring Managers
• Build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Ensure an unrivalled candidate experience
• Manage candidate offers & benefits packages
• Update and maintain the ATS and other systems
• Brief external recruitment partners where necessary
• Become the subject matter expert for your Resourcing areas

• A strong in-house resourcing background
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven success using multiple sourcing channels to engage with both active and passive candidates
• A strong sense of ownership for your specialist area
• Excellent attention to detail and a desire to follow process
