Having run as a successful online fashion boutique for 8 years, - FrankandDoll.com - Frank and Doll are now expanding into high street stores, whilst keeping their 'Dressing one doll at a time' & 'Found a hidden gem' concepts close to their hearts.
The name Frank and Doll is inspired by the founders late grandparent's Frank and Dolly. The pieces selected are on the principles of confidence, femininity and individuality. It is for the woman unafraid to take risks, forge her own way and embrace the life she leads.

The right candidate will be given a truly insightful experience. They will be given high levels of responsibility and support, but also high levels of expectations. Owning key projects for which they will report progress on to the management on a weekly basis. You will also get periods of time each week with the owner to learn specific details of the business that interest you to allow you to grow and develop in the areas that most interest you.
Requirements:
A degree is not required but considered a plus. We will prefer candidates with at least 3-6 months experience in sales/marketing/fashion for a fashion/accessories brand.
We have two positions in this role available; One 3 month position & one 6 month position.
Compensation
A daily expense allowance of £15 per day is provided. With this allowance in mind, ensuring the candidate can afford to commit to the position is really important to us. We as well as ensuring they are able to complete other work around the role. Therefore, for the right person the role is flexible and can be worked around the successful candidates' life to ensure they are able to continue to study or complete work alongside the position. For the right candidate there is also the opportunity to earn additional income through brand promotion work.
Opportunities exist for progression on completing the 3 or 6-month internship successfully to a full-time role.
