What are you going to do:
Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware/software support to Telmar staff
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
- Install, upgrade and configure PC's, laptops, printers and software - Provide basic corporate network infrastructure and server support.

What we ask:
- You should be registered as a university student
- Currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Computer Certificate programs
- The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 10, 8, 7 and all Microsoft Office 2016/2010 products
- Understanding of LAN/WAN environments
- Basic understanding of Windows 2008/2012 Servers, Active Directory and Exchange 2010/2013 is preferred
- Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and resolving software related issues
- Knowledgeable and passionate about technology
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Must be able to work 20 - 25 hours/week
