Date and Continuous Improvement Coordinator in Swansea Enterprise Park

What are you going to do:

We require an experienced Data and Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our small team reporting to the Directors. We will consider candidates interested in either full time or part time hours and can offer flexibility with the days and hours for someone working part time, subject to our normal opening hours.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

Manage all data including Item Data Structure, Customer Data, data cycles, as well as periodical cleansing and checking of data and assisting other departments with their data requirements;

In conjunction with our external support, manage our ERP system including developments, access rights and licences with responsibility for testing improvements before they go live;

Manage Blue Alligator software licences and registered devices, liaise with the external support company in the event of any queries or issues;

Assist and support other departments with continuous improvement including gathering and analyse data reports.

You must be experienced working with large quantities of data and analysing the data to provide meaningful solutions to the business. Knowledge of Hansa and Blue Alligator would be beneficial, although not essential as full training can be provided. You must be a competent user of Excel. A good knowledge of GDPR is also essential.

You should have experience of working in a fast paced environment with budget management experience. A relevant degree would be beneficial, although not essential.

You would also have a good understanding of continuous improvement processes and, in particular, 5S to provide ongoing support and guidance to other departments with their CI projects.

In return we offer a salary in the region of £25,000 (pro rata if part time), 29 days annual leave plus Birthday Day Off, company pension, rush hour friendly working hours Monday to Friday between 08.15 and 16.45, and free car parking.
