We’re looking for motivated and energetic candidates to join our fun and friendly Thomas Cook Sport team in Manchester. Working in this fast paced environment you’ll be responsible for handling enquiries from our customers a variety of methods. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer experience so you’ll need to be focused on delivering exceptional service at all times.
You will be responsible for handling customer contacts throughout the customer journey including assisting with the booking process, after sales care and post travel feedback, working to a culture of first time resolution delivering the highest levels of customer service efficiently and accurately
