Experience in using continuous improvement methodologies e.g. Lean or Six Sigma
In depth experience of project methodologies, implementations and testing, process mapping
Experience in change management and delivery of complex projects in a fast paced rapidly changing environment
Good understanding of Operational Management/ Operational Excellence
Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
