We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our Technology team at our Support centre in Bradford.
The role is within our People, Finance and Property team in technology, delivering a range of projects. You’ll be providing management, leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring Technology projects are delivered on time, to a high quality and within budget.
Projects that you’ll work on will vary in size, complexity and timeline, with budgets of anywhere between £500k and £10m working with a range of team across Technology and the Business Functions.
You’ll be doing things like this;
Full end to end project management, full life cycle
Managing a variety of projects of different size and scope within HR, finance and property
Manage project teams, assigning and tracking activity
Manage scope, cost and quality
Work with the latest technologies and methodologies to deliver for our customers
Coaching and mentoring of the team around process - lean and agile
You’ll need a strong background as a project manager with skills and experience like this;
Ideally you’ll have experience of delivery with Projects in HR, Payroll, People, Finance or Property Domains, but this is not essential
Experience in application software deployment and software projects
Experience of cloud based products and integrations
Experience with project methodology and standards, Agile, Prince 2, Lean, Waterfall
Budget management for large scale projects
Stakeholder management and experience of Supplier and third party management
Business change management and business transformation
