Activation
- Create a rapport with our new customers
- Collecting portfolio information to set-up new customers accounts
- Training our new customers to ensure that they are using Re-Leased to it's full potential and running their property business successfully.
- Managing customer expectations throughout this process
Support
- Providing general product support when required
