Digital Learning Manager in Saint Albans

We need someone to help us develop our educational content. We use a LearnDash platform as a plugin to our Wordpress site. Our company is based on energy, ideas and innovation. Hours can be flexible, reporting in and out of our St Albans office, and pay is negotiable based on skills and experience.

15 - 35 hours per week
Between £18,000 and £25,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

  • Create engaging e- learning and compelling course content that enhances retention
  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs
  • Agree instructional end goals and create content that matches them
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, assessments, role plays, games etc)
  • Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments
  • Maintain and update the course catalogue and course templates
  • First point of contact to the business regarding e-learning content
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with teachers-• Provide full project management for design of the e-learning process
  • Establish and maintain a resource library of e-learning materials following strict version control and branding procedures
  • Maintain and update YFT information using the Learning Management System
  • Ensure that data accuracy meets regulatory requirements
  • Amending and revising courses as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the curriculum.
  • Admin & project based support to the YFT Team.
