About The Role

We've got a great job for a Training and Development Advisor to work within our Training team at our manufacturing site in Bradford.


Requirements of the Job


In this job as a Training and Development Advisor your role will be to enhance the current and future capability of the site teams through the implementation of training and development solutions designed to drive high performance. An essential element of your role will be to work with managers and colleagues to ensure Morrisons' Ways of Working are being brought to life on a daily basis in everything that we do. Therefore, the role requires someone who believes in strong working relationships, stakeholder development and communication.


You will also support managers in creating and delivering great communications to provide colleagues with a two way information flow. Through effective communications and engagement, training and management development, and coaching and feedback, you will help deliver the people agenda at site. To be successful in this role, you will have a background within training and development delivery and significant training and development knowledge and experience, preferably from a fast paced Logistics or fast moving retail environment.

About You

You will have worked within a Training role within a large organisation, ideally within Manufacturing or Production. You will be system and data driven, with demonstratable experience of project management, data analysis with a focus on compliance.


You will need to have experience working specifically within the Training and Development areas of a HR function. You will have excellent coaching and facilitation skills, coupled with influencing skills. To be successful in this job, you will need to be a great problem solver and communicator, with experience communicating with people at all levels. We would love it if you also have a CTP or CIPD qualification, or are part-qualified.
