We are excited to offer a wonderful opportunity for experienced, compassionate, and professional persons to join us in the Complex Care Team, to support a non mobile, non verbal lady with numerous complex needs including Tracheotomy, PEG and other care needs in the Cambridge area
The lady is able to communicate using a letter board which she is able to point to and ask/answer simple questions. The lady is able to hear and understand everything around her, is able to make her own choices and decisions and has full cognition.
The successful candidate will be supporting the lady in her own home and the following roles are available:
You will have a strong commitment to person centered care, be reliable, a team player, flexible and willing to undergo additional clinical training. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check

Shift Pattern
The Live in Candidate will be required to live in the property and be available for an average of 9hrs per day. To work in regular rotation with another live in carer (schedule TBC)
The Waking nights candidate will be required - 8pm to 8am, 3-4 nights per week. Total 42hrs per week (average over two weeks)
