The Company
A UK based Global Pharma company that are still independently owned – the company has an innovative product portfolio across a number of therapy areas, and this role's main focus is diabetes. Across all the therapy areas the company is involved in, they strive to support the NHS in delivering effective patient care.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Splitting your time between the two therapy areas: Diabetes and Respiratory – promoting the products across predominantly Primary Care, but also into secondary care as required.
- Adopting an account management approach to achieve sales targets across your territory.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer environment within your territory to ensure the successful promotion of your product portfolio.
- Being involved as part of a close-knit team who have been extremely successful!
You
- You will be a positive, ambitious and driven graduate, ideally with a life science degree.
- You will have experience shadowing a Pharma Rep and have a full understanding of what the job entails and be excited and motivated by the challenge.
- Ideally, you will have some experience in sales or a target driven environment.
- You will have strong negotiation and influencing skills in order to build effective customer relationships.
- You will be results driven and demonstrate strong determination to succeed.
- You must live on territory in the Grampians.
