Customer Service Agent for Luxury Car Brand in The Netherlands

A German luxury car brand is searching for talented, driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join their team of international colleagues at te Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, The Netherlands! This the perfect opportunity to gain valuable customer experience abroad.

What are you going to do:

The company
This German company is a frontrunner in the car brand industry with a wide range of luxury cars in its arsenal. With more than 25 different nationalities working at their Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, this company seeks to diversify and expand their skilled team of Customer Service Agents with your unique set of skills and expertise. 

The job
After you initial training is complete, you will be working fulltime as a Customer Service Agent in international team with colleagues from all around the world. You will be given responsibility over various tasks including answering calls from existing and prospective customers, registering a customer activity on the internal CRM system, actively working to improve the customer service process by learning from your clients, and of course giving experts advice and solutions to complaints or inquiries to clients. After all, you are on the frontlines, ensuring that you maintain the company's reputation at all times!

What we offer:

  • Salary of €2,111 gross per month plus result oriented bonuses
  • Lucrative relocation package. If applicable, you will also be reimbursed for first arrival, housing fee, and moving costs
  • Holiday allowance: 8% of annual salary

What we ask:

  • At least finished college A levels
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • You are fluent in English (C2 level) and have excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Able to prioritise, analyse, plan and co-ordinate with a high workload
  • Advanced negotiation, problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Good knowledge of culture and geography of the UK/Ireland
  • Available for at least 1 year
