With more than 25 different nationalities working at their Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, this company seeks to diversify and expand their skilled team of Customer Service Agents with your unique set of skills and expertise.
After you initial training is complete, you will be working fulltime as a Customer Service Agent in international team with colleagues from all around the world. You will be given responsibility over various tasks including answering calls from existing and prospective customers, registering a customer activity on the internal CRM system, actively working to improve the customer service process by learning from your clients, and of course giving experts advice and solutions to complaints or inquiries to clients. After all, you are on the frontlines, ensuring that you maintain the company's reputation at all times!
