What are you going to do

Two Zero Eighty is a fast-growing and dynamic financial services start-up for young people, launching in September.

We are looking for a new part time Customer Officers to manage our customer relationships and account opening documentation from our office in Kensington. Shifts are either 2 - 6 pm or 6 pm - 10pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer and potential customer queries online and on the phone. This may include both inbound and outbound calls, using our appointment booking system.
  • Managing customers through the on-boarding process, including all necessary paperwork
  • Outreach to potential clients
  • General administration
  • Assistance with marketing and business development activities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Great at building relationships and developing rapport with customers and potential customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-facing experience preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
