We are looking for a student to run a customer survey. We expect this project to take between 15-20 hours. Working hours are flexible but must be conducted within UK business hours (9-5pm).
The candidate will need to work out of our offices at the Cambridge Science Park and will be required to complete an online data security course (2hrs).
After an introduction to the company, its software and the survey, the candidate will be responsible for running the customer survey and obtaining customer reviews. An account manager will be on hand to help with any questions.
Talking to customers by phone will form a significant part of the job; therefore candidates must have an exceptional phone manner and be fluent in English.
