International Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Athens

Are you interested in working as a customer service agent for a well-known, international company based in Athens? You always wanted to gain experience abroad? Do you speak English, Czech, Danish, French, Finnish, German, Hebrew, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish, Slovenian, Slovak or Swedish fluently? €1,100 Per Month

What are you going to do:

  • Receiving inquiries through inbound calls, emails, chat within a busy customer service team
  • Maintaining the quality and efficiency in the Client Service Centre by consistently monitoring CSSs’ transactions
  • Evaluating customer service system based on monthly performance reports and trends
  • Assisting associates with customer situations by offering guidance and solutions on a daily basis
  • Meeting with the team on a monthly basis to evaluate the monthly results and discuss future goals
  • Managing, motivating and inspiring team
  • Analyzing operational trends and supporting the team members to improve their performance

What we ask:

  • No minimum education required
  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Czech, Danish, Finnish, French, German, English, Hebrew, Italian, Norwegian, Slovak, Slovenian or Swedish
  • Proficient level in English
  • No work experience required
  • Ability to use internet applications
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • EU work permit
  • Availability for at least 12 months
