Our client is currently looking for multiple native Dutch speaking employees who are excited to start a new chapter in their career by working in Prague. Our client is an international supplier of payment solutions that loads of companies use. Working as a Customer Service Employee for this clients means that you will handle all incoming queries and questions from Dutch-speaking customers. You will deliver the best possible customer experience together with making sure every client gets a personal and suitable solution. Besides this, it is also important that the administrative side of the job is handled correctly.
Starting in Prague
As a city, Prague is both beautiful and popular with expats from all around the world. The client will also offer relocation support: the first two months they will take care off the accommodation (if you would like that), making sure you have all the time to find something on your own. Your flight will also be reimbursed, and from the HR department, you will also be assisted in getting to know the city and opening a bank account.
