Portuguese speaking Customer Support in London

Desired candidate: We are looking for an enthusiastic, European Portuguese speaker to help out in our London office with customer support. No previous sector experience is needed, and we are open to all levels of experience. We will provide training and support to understand the role and what is expected. We are looking for a few candidates, either full time or part time, to suit the candidate.

15 - 40 hours per week
Between £8.50 and £15.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

Responsibilities:

  • Helping our customers via email and live chat.
  • Maintain customer focus and respond to customer queries following company guidelines.
  • Clarify and guide customers with all requests and escalate and follow up where necessary.
  • Analysing previous communication to optimise quality and productivity.
  • Creation, co-ordination and monitoring of ongoing bonus campaigns.
  • Actively report internally to direct manager and various partners with details and feedback on what is occurring in the various markets amongst our many partners.
  • Contributing ideas and recommendations to the marketing retention team.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with fellow copywriters, designers, customer support agents and other marketing staff and managers.
