What are you going to do:
Customer Relations: To act at all times within the guidelines set out in the Wrapchic Code of Conduct
Personnel Appearance: To ensure at all times that your standards of appearance are in line with the Wrapchic Grooming and Personnel Hygiene Standards
Legislation:

To comply with all relevant legislation that applies to the Wrapchic business and as detailed in company policies, procedures and training sessions
- Training: To fully participate in all trainings held by Wrapchic as required, complete pre-course and post training actions within the time frames set, including as required, tasks to be completed outside of working hours.
- To attend training / communication meetings as directed by the company including those outside of normal working hours
- All team members are expected to adopt a policy of seeking information, developing skills and knowledge that is self-driven

Carry out Burrita operational tasks as required by the business demands to ensure the maintenance of Wrapchic Operational Standards Complete Human Resource administration including the production of rotas, time sheets and payroll input To maintain the agreed minimum staff establishment through the recruitment, induction and training of Burritas To communicate all relevant legislation, company policies and procedures to all Burritas, ensuring compliance at all times Responsible for processing invoices, transfers, waste, stock takes, including the monitoring of cost of sales and the dissemination of information regarding stock to management Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with agreed suppliers Responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food and beverages to agreed standards Responsible for the counter setup and clearing away, cleaning (and operating in the safe and correct manor equipment for completing tasks) Responsible for cash handling, operation of cash registers, cashing up and ensures procedures are carried out in accordance with Wrapchic policies Responsible for temperature monitoring records for hot & cold foods in production, service and storage in accordance with procedures Responsible for all aspects of stock control, including ordering from agreed suppliers and stock-taking Ensure that all staff demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene Ensure that there are appropriate levels of resources (manpower, stock) to meet the level of business and accurately maintain product control
