What are you going to do:
Shift Work
Day: 07:00 - 19:00
Night: 19:00 - 07:00
4 days on, 4 off
Must be available to do both shifts on a rotational basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Answer client/service provider calls politely and effectively, resolving any issues/queries they may have
- Process client bookings and offer additional services related to their booking
- Answer client/service provider emails articulately and within a timely manner ensuring SLA's are adhered to
- Completing all of the assigned operational checks regarding client bookings
- Assisting accounts team in collecting payment for all bookings prior to them taking place
- Assisting management in facilitating any admin tasks that are required

- 18,000-20,000k starting salary (reviewed after 3 month probationary period)

- At least finished college A levels
- Microsoft Office
- Email and phone communication experience
- Personable, eloquent and polite
- Detail oriented and multitasker
