We’ve got a great role for a Team Manager to join our Flowerworld manufacturing site on a part time basis. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead your team to successfully deliver KPI’s and drive business performance.
As a Team Manager, you will deliver a clear and concise continuous improvement Strategy, driving the importance of daily factory routines, and process and systematic control. You will coach, develop and lead your staff and establish a continuous improvement culture. You will plan and prioritise your work, ensuring maximum use of resources and will continuously identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency standards in all areas.

About our Flowerworld Manufacturing Site
FlowerWorld is unique to Morrisons manufacturing as it is our only non-food producing site.
With over 300 florists, each and every bouquet is treated with care and consideration before it leaves site ensuring the best possible quality to our customers. Not only that but we also use specialised techniques to first check how our flowers are going to develop through their life and then to keep them at their very best.
Here we make over 400,000 bouquets per week using both hand tying methods and machinery; during peak periods such as Valentines and Mothers Day this increases significantly.
