Merchandise Manager UK & IE

If so, then you might be the new Merchandise Manager of H&M UK & IE!
As a Merchandise Manager you will:
Drive your concept.
Be the expert of your market and drive profitable net growth through setting and following up a commercial plan for your concept.
Optimize your stock.
Guarantee the commercial impact of key products by setting the right buying levels and quantities in store. Create and execute reduction strategies that will secure profitability and optimal composition of stock for your concept.
Create the best customer offer.
Influence the buying process by sharing your market and customer knowledge and country input with the Buying Office.

Preferred background is to have a business degree or 2 years minimum as a Department Manager or Store Manager. It is a merit to have experience from the Buying Office as Buying Assistant, Buyer or some experience from Merchandising, Area Controlling or Expansion.
