Nexus People are looking for Warehouse Enhancement Operatives (WEO) on a fixed term basis. This role is to complete a specific task (details below) and is likely to take between 2 and 4 weeks to complete, however there will be further opportunities following completion of this particular assignment for individuals that may want to work in the Warehouse/Sortation team or that hold a current UK driving licence to progress within the company as a Delivery Driver in the local area.
 
About the role…

• This role requires the WEO to make simple adjustments to existing machinery
• You will be using hand tools to make required enhancements
• This role may be quite monotonous so you should be able to maintain a high level of concentration
• Once this assignment is complete, there is potential for progression to be a Delivery Driver (for those interested and who hold a full UK driving licence) or alternatively as part of the Warehousing/Sortation Team (Picking, Packing, General Warehouse Duties)

What do we need from you?

• Full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial (for this wishing to progress post assignment)
• We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements
• You will be confident working alone or as part of a larger team
• You will have a high level of concentration
• You will be proficient in completing repetitive tasks
