Nexus People are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers in Salford to work for one of the North Wests’s leading logistics, haulage and distrbution companies.
About the Job…
- Driving an LGV – Class 1
- General Haulage
- 1-3 drops/collections & trailer swaps
- Daily Vehicle Maintenance Checks
- Route and delivery paperwork completion
Shift times & working hours…
- Monday to Friday operation
- Start times between 05:00 and 07:00 or 09:00 and 10:00
- Finish between 15:00 and 18:00 or 18:00 and 21:00
- Position ongoing (guaranteed hours until the end of December)

What do we need from you?
- Full Class 1 driving licence
- A digital tachograph card
- Minimum 2 years corporate driving experience
- 90 days tacho recorded driving in the last 280 days
- We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements
- Digi Tachograph Card
- DCPC Card
- Completion of a full corporate driving assessment
