Nexus People are actively seeking Data Administrators (the official job title for this role will be “Process Control Colleagues”) to work for our client based in Wellingborough, Northampton. Our client is one of the UK’s biggest e-commerce and high street fashion and accessory retailers, and they are looking for dynamic, focussed individuals to join their team.
About the job:
- Working through vast amounts of data
- Providing end reports and presenting findings
- Data analysis
- Trend and issue identification from raw data
- Intensive research and problem solving
- Data warehousing, mining and mapping
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday
- 05:00 – 13:00
- Flexibility is required depending on the requirements of the business
What we need from you:
- You must be experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel
- You will be an extremely organised individual
- You will be able to follow process, instructions and guidelines to the letter
- You will have the confidence in your ability to resolve issues and use your initiative where required
- You must have a keen eye for detail
- You must have experience in data warehousing, mining and mapping
- You should be comfortable working on your own, and as part of a larger team
- You will be able to confidently deliver reports and findings on your research
- You will be required to identify changes in trends or inconsistencies in data
- You should be methodical and have a strong background in mathematics
