You can be part of the future of Greggs by joining us as a Senior Team Member at our Wood Green shop in North London. This busy high street shop is situation just next to the Shopping Centre and 5 minutes from Wood Green tube station. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Senior Team member to join our small team of 8 at the Wood Green shop and become part of the Greggs Family. You will work as a team to deliver the famous Greggs fast and friendly customer service to both returning and new customers. Your passion for Greggs and food-on-the-go will help you to upsell Greggs products and increase the sales and profit of the shop.
We pay our Senior Team Members £8.52 an hour
Shift Pattern and Contracted Hours
We are looking for a Senior Team Member to join our team for a permanent contract of 25 hours per week. With responsibility for shop opening and closing we are looking for someone who is available between the shop opening hours of 6am – 7pm. 25 hours would be worked over 5 days a week, Monday – Sunday on a rotational basis. Therefore, if you’re available to cover opens 6am – 11am or closes 2pm-7pm, or a combination of both, we would love to hear from you. Shifts can be discussed in further detail at interview stage.
Greggs Shift Leaders or Senior Team Members (as the role is known internally) are at the heart of the team supporting with the management of the shop at key times of the day.
You would be looking after the shop for a few hours a day, either at opening or closing time so your role is invaluable to your manager.
When opening the shop, you’ll be working with the team to ensure our much-loved products are ready for our customers and the shop is set up to the highest standard. This is where your passion to deliver a fantastic shopping experience for our customers comes in.
A close down shift means getting the shop ready for the next day; cleaning, stock counting and cashing up. You’ll have a natural flair for team work whilst enjoying a little extra responsibility.
You’ll fit right into the Greggs family if you’re not afraid of hard work and enjoy some fun at work. Some supervisory experience always comes in handy although not essential.

We are looking for our Senior Team Member to be able to:
We pay £8.52 an hour and Senior Team Members are paid weekly

• 21 days holiday a year plus bank holidays. This increases with service up to a maximum of 30 days after 25 years’ service. (Pro-rata for part time)
