We’ve got an opportunity for a Technology specialist - Service Operations Support to join our Digital & Online team within Technology, based in Bradford. It's an exciting time to join this fast paced work environment.
You will work in an integral role supporting colleagues mainly across our Online business. This role will involve working in a fast paced environment where you will be responsible for providing remote support for our colleagues and customers on Technology within the Digital & Online team.
Here at Morrisons you will do the following;
Take lead on Incident support & problem management for the Digital and Online Domain
Own Service Improvement plans across multiple products and services
Engage and lead on Google Communities support for Digital & Online
Take ownerships of issues by coordinating across multiple suppliers to achieve resolution
Take Lead on Risk, Audit actions working alongside colleagues across Technology
Stakeholder engagement, including external suppliers/contractors
Ownership of incident/issue updates to Online business teams, stores and Suppliers
Provide clear direction to customers (colleagues)
Input into service transition working alongside Service Delivery, Transition Managers
Support the business, sometimes outside of the usual core working hours for which time off in lieu will be available
To succeed in the role, you should have:
Understanding of E-commerce platforms and working practises alongside operations experience (highly desirable)
Good knowledge of ITIL policies and procedures to be able to provide credible advise & respond (highly desirable)
Good awareness of technology although training can be provided to upskill in particular areas
Previous experience of working with outsourced Technology offshore teams
The ability to understand customers requirements and respond to their feedback
The ability to deliver excellent customer service every day
The ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Dynamic and a ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to deliver under pressure and in situations of ambiguity
Good problem solving skills and ability to provide solutions
Good Technology skills (Current standards i.e G-Suite, Confluence, Jira)
Agile, ITIL, DevOps aware
Innovative - Fresh Ideas
Good planning, prioritisation and decision making
Retail Industry experience, highly desirable
