A career in our Tax Technology Innovation practice, within Innovation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients’ tax departments redesign, redefine, and redeploy tax to be a strategic asset across the enterprise. You’ll focus on assisting clients incorporate increased automation in the tax reporting process, increase analytic capabilities through data integration, and create solid internal controls that will enable the Tax function to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organisational decision making.
Our team develops complex software capabilities leveraging the latest in technology to meet today’s hard business problems. You’ll focus on providing highly customisable platforms across the tax practice through research, development, and integration to build adaptable enterprise capabilities. As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to
Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

By joining Tax you’ll also be involved with our innovative One Tax Rotation programme. This gives you the opportunity to work outside your core tax competency for up to six months, learn from different clients and develop your transferable skills.
Technology and Innovation
The Technology and Innovation team is varied and an exciting place to be. You’ll support colleagues and clients to come up with new and innovative ways of working, develop new digital products leveraging state of the art techniques such as machine learning and robotics, and work with leading data analytics and business information visualisation tools to manipulate, critically analyse and graphically present data to clients.
Your knowledge and contribution will be help high-profile businesses, entrepreneurs and family business leverage technology to engage with PwC and understand complex rules, make informed decisions with significant impact and fulfill their tax obligations. What you need to get in
You'll need to have or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics or a Technology related subject.
