We have a great opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team at our manufacturing site at Greenside, Bradford. In this job you will support the Site Manager and the Head of Operations with high profile & confidential information.
This job is permanent working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm (some flexibility is required to meet the demands of the business)
Requirements of the Job
As an Operations Administrator you will work collaboratively on site with the Operational & Senior Management team, You will provide them with full diary management and email support, note taking at meetings, compiling various reports, presentations, supporting with Invoice Queries, Debit Memo Queries, monitoring queries and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner and providing information to support daily review meeting process.

You will have demonstrable experience of providing PA/Admin support including diary management, managing, responding and prioritising Manager/Head of level emails. You will have the ability to deliver excellent customer service with demonstrable knowledge and excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Excel and Google applications. You will have proficient numerical skills with the ability to plan and organise workload to match business needs. You will be able to able to communicate clearly across departments and shifts, and look to improve systems and accuracy. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and have demonstrable experience in ERP/Oracle systems.

Greenside Farmers Boy began production in 1980 and moved to a state of the art building in 1999. The site operates 44 production lines 24 hours 7 days a week and currently employs around 1,500 colleagues.
