With the growth of SmartCalling, an Accenture Fintech 20 start-up in the B2B Mobile space, the need has arisen for a five-star organiser to help manage the CEO's hectic timetable, correspondence, follow-ups and reminders.
We are looking for an intern who can proactively manage diaries and multi-task to co-ordinate challenging schedules with prospects, clients and executive and board members. He/she will be providing general administrative support to the CEO - answering and directing enquiries over phone, email and in person and will be arranging meetings and writing up notes with actions for next steps.
The candidate will need some knowledge of calendar and diary management, handling correspondence, arranging and taking responsibility for the preparation of meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and will be well organised with excellent planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
General knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Graphic Design is a plus.
