You will be the first point of contact with all those accessing facilities and services at BLC. You will meet and greet visitors, make appropriate client appointments as required, monitor calls and emails and set up rooms.
The postholder will work across the whole organisation in order to provide a consistent high standard of interaction with all those accessing facilities and services at BLC. The postholder wll be the first point of contact regardless of how contact is made, it is anticipated that contact will be via telephone, face to face and email. All incoming client interaction will be assessed and appropriately handled, appointments will be made and the post holder may be requied to signpost and refer externally. There will be an administrative component to the role compromising of taking room bookings, reporting, recording, archiving and other office taskas. The role willl also involve setting up room and an element of manual handling will b required.
