Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate training courses for firmwide delegates including...

  • Monitoring waitlists and maintaining accurate records of programme participants

  • Sourcing suitable training locations using internal and external networks.

  • Identifying suitable tutor/facilitators and for complex programmes ensuring that a process is in place to resource tutors /key speakers on to events. Briefing speakers and tutors and maintaining collateral.

  • Identifying on-site support resources, including communications with venues and suppliers e.g. onsite production /AV scheduling.

  • Ensuring consistent use of and review results of end to end evaluation process.

  • Liaison with the Customer Services Team to support their administration of the programmes effectively. This will include review of revised process manuals.

  • Support the monitoring of progress against budget, including code structures, invoice monitoring, invoice authorisation and monthly financial processes and reporting.

  • Provide support to development practitioners in development activities, design, development, delivery and evaluation of L&D activities, applying best practice techniques to continuously improve the programmes.

  • Contribute to measuring and reporting on the effectiveness and value of the range of programmes.

  • Contribute to marketing material and communications, including the content of My Development- the internal PwC portal.
