Tasks:

You are responsible for order entry and problem resolution, outbound upsell, reimbursement management, complaint processing
- You will call insurance companies to establish and improve business relations
- You are responsible for inbound and outbound calling
- You will be in contact with patients to provide support in regards to their treatment options
- You will participate in projects in which you will support patients with their treatment

What we ask:
- At least finished university degree
- 6 months of work experience in Customer Service; medical background is a plus
- Communicative and analytical skills
- Good at SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- You are native in German and fluent in English
- Commercial thinking - affinity for sales
