Our client is currently looking for multiple native Dutch speaking employees who are excited to start a new challenge in Sofia. In this position, you will be working as a Customer Service employee, what means you will have contact with clients via the phone, email and chat to solve enquiries and question they have. Your goal is to deliver the best service that you can so every client is happy with the answer they receive. Our client currently has multiple projects, which means that you could be working for several brands. Within the company, there are also good possibilities to grow and develop yourself. So if you decide to stay for a long period, a lot is possible!
Starting in Sofia
You will be working and living for a minimum period of six months in beautiful Sofia. And because moving to another country can be quite difficult, hectic and possibly life-changing, there is a lot of help offered in the relocation. Think of an arranged flight, support in finding accommodation, help in opening all the necessary accounts and so on.
